Prism’s full guide is built into the app: open Help at the foot of the icon rail. For anything else, write to us.
Installing Prism
Upload the files to your host, open the installer in a browser, and enter your license key. It creates its own database tables.
Your first week
Invite your team, set your specs and thresholds, then register your first samples or lots. The in-app guide walks the order.
Coffee Spectra
Spectra works on its own. To pair it, open Settings › iPhone capture in Prism and choose Show pairing code.
License help
Where is my license key?
It is emailed to the address on your order a few minutes after payment. Check your spam folder. If it has not arrived within an hour, contact us with your order number.
I lost my key
Keys are stored only as a one-way hash, so nobody can read one back. We issue a replacement instead; the old key stops working.
Moving to a new server
Ask us to release the license from your old installation, then activate on the new one.
Activating with no internet
Ask for an offline license file. It is checked on your installation alone and never contacts our server.
Extending updates
Contact us with your order number. Once we have updated your license, press Refresh license in Settings › Modules.
